Studies AP-ADF-108 and AP-ADF-109 

These are Phase I single dose or multi-dose pharmacokinetic studies anticipated to enroll approximately 25-50 normal subjects per study. Study AP-ADF-108 confirmed that Acurox™ Tablets demonstrates single dose linearity and that absorption is delayed by food. Study AP-ADF-109 patient enrollment is complete and we are awaiting the final study results.
