Aversion® Technology is a platform technology which we believe is also applicable to non-opioid  products that are subject to abuse and that are administered in tablet or capsule form.  Non-opioid abuseable drugs fall into two broad categories, central nervous system ("CNS") depressants (including tranquilizers and sedatives) and stimulants.  According to the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, the abused non-opioid drugs have sizable, established U.S. markets and may be misused in ways which can be addressed to our Aversion® Technology.

To date we have devoted limited resources to the development of non-opioid product candidates and can not provide any assurance that future efforts, if any, to develop non-opioid products incorporating the Aversion® Technology will be successful or will result in viable commercial products.
