Bill Skelly has been a director of Acura since May, 1996 and was Chairman of Acura from October, 1996 through June, 2000.  Since 1990, Mr. Skelly has served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Central Biomedia, Inc. and its subsidiary Sera, Inc.  These companies are involved in the animal health industry including veterinary biologicals and custom manufacturing of animal sera products.  From 1985 to 1990, Mr. Skelly served as President of Martec Pharmaceutical, Inc., a distributor and manufacturer of human generic prescription pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Skelly holds a B.A. degree from Michigan State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Mr. Skelly serves on Acura's Audit Committee.
